Will Howell, Founding Partner
The first thing that many people notice about Will is his commitment to wearing Birkenstocks even on freezing Minnesota winter days. Soon enough, however, they see the sharp and creative style that defines his approach to politics. The bulk of Will’s work has been empowering specific, targeted communities. During college, he mobilized college students for the Minnesota DFL and Chris Coleman’s 2005 mayoral campaign. As the political director for Minnesota gubernatorial candidate Matt Entenza, Will oversaw an ambitious outreach plan targeted at empowering immigrant communities. Between 2007 and 2009 he held several positions with Senator Franken's campaign including helping restore rejected absentee ballots.

A native of Salem Oregon, Will also boasts a broad depth of experience as a consultant, volunteer and intern on numerous local races.

Jake Levy-Pollans, Founding Partner
In the year after graduating from college, Jake held seven separate and random jobs. But whether it was the communications skills he cultivated as a wedding DJ, the patience he learned as a nanny and college admissions interviewer or the policy chops he added as a researcher for St. Paul’s city council, Jake gained new skills and talents that continue to influence his political work. After cutting his teeth as an intern and volunteer for a half dozen races throughout college, Jake joined the Matt Entenza for Governor campaign staff. He quickly rose to become the campaign’s deputy press secretary where he led the campaign’s Greater Minnesota media effort. Today, he works for a boutique PR firm in downtown St. Paul.

He is an experienced nonprofit fundraiser, radio personality and guacamole maker. A native of Ann Arbor, Michigan, Jake graduated from Macalester College in 2009 with a degree in political science.
